We make every flavor in small, 3-gallon batches using hormone-free Alpenrose Dairy products. Because we care deeply about our guests and the unique dietary needs of our community, our ice cream is made without corn syrup, and we offer vegan and gluten-free options so more people can enjoy a scoop (or two).

We love where we live, and we’re proud to use some of the best ingredients the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Our fruit comes from Willamette Valley Fruit Co. in Salem, and our vanilla is sourced from Singing Dog in Eugene — because great ice cream starts with great ingredients.
